RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 532 - FRED PATTERSON
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS , Fred Patterson has applied to the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado for a permit to place
a mobile home on the following described real estate, as a
principal dwelling, and which is to be occupied in an
A-Agricultural Zone District, and
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, on the 23rd day of December, 1981, considered the
request of Fred Patterson for a mobile home as a principal
dwelling on the parcel of land more particularly described
as follows :
Lot 29 , Grandview Highland Estates
Part of Section 34 , Township 2 North,
Range 68 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld
County, Colorado.
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners , having heard
the testimony, finds that said request should be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of
Philip Alan Adams for permission to place a mobile home as
a principal dwelling on the above described parcel of land be,
and hereby is, granted, subject to the condition that the
substandard mobile home at the northeast corner of the
property be removed.
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly
made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 23rd
day of December, A.D. , 1981.

Location: Two miles west of the town of Frederick
The Department of Planning Services staff has reviewed this request and recommends that
the request be approved for the reasons:

COMMENTS:
There are two (2) mobile homes existing on the property. The double-wide mobile
home will be retained as a principal dwelling. The other mobile home is vacant
and will be removed from the property. The Department of Planning Services staff
has received no complaints on this request.
