RE: ACTION OF THE BOARD CONCERNING ZPMH #902 - HOWARD E. CRONANDER
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, on the 18th day of July, 1984 , considered the request
of Howard E. Cronander for a mobile home to be used as an acces-
sory structure, and
WHEREAS , said mobile home is to be located in an A-Agri-
cultural Zone District on a parcel of land more particularly
described as follows:
Section 9 , Township 6 North, Range 64 West
of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners , after review,
deems it advisable to continue this matter until July 25 , 1984 ,
to allow the Commissioners to make on-site inspections.
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the request of Howard
E. Cronander for ZPMH #902 be, and hereby is , continued to July
25 , 1984.
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 18th day of
July, A.D. , 1984 .
