Roger here are the answers of the questions you had for me about the USR on the Gary
Sandstead property on WCR 25. (USR—798:884)
1). How many employees on site? To begin with only one at a time hauling waste wood
to the property for grinding into mulch. Eventually we will be recycling dead trees into
poles and posts for fencing and using the same type of trees to make wood shavings for
animal bedding.At that time we would anticipate seven employees. pit,y�,, „k ; f ex PM^e^-n

2).Hours of operation?There is no limit as to hours permitted under the USR.
3). Traffic/trips per day and type of vehicles operating on site?Approximately an
average of three semi loads of waste wood in and three out of waste wood and mulch.
Eventually an average of six semi loads of trees coming in and six semi loads of post and
pole and shaving material out. „
4). Adequate sewage Disposal?For the short term there will be a san-o-let on the
property. When a building is built, there will be a 5/8"water meter and a septic system
for waste water. Central Weld County Water District has approved a 5/8"water tap and a
fire hydrant for the property. Mack at CWCWD tells me they will be installed October
8'".
5). Adequate water for sanitary purposes and fire suppression? See answer 4.
6). Access point?This point is 350'north of the south west corner of the property lying
on WCR 25.
7). General nature of business?See answer answer 1.
8). Last time site was occupied with approved USR business? The owner of the property,
Gary Sandstead says it has been used for the approved business front the issuing of the
USR until the present.
9). Conditions of approval/development standards that can not be met as of today?The
water requirements should be met October 8t. The only other standard is provide either a
gravel, asphalt, or concrete surface in the off-stmt loading and unloading and parking
areas.That will be done before we haul in or out our wood products. All other standards
are met..
10). Proposed buildings and uses of those buildings? To begin with we will only grind
waste wood for mulch. Eventually when we process trees into pole and post and
shavings, we will need an approximately 4,000 square foot building. It will be open on

one side of the length of the building. It will house one of more pole and post machines
and equipment to process logs into shavings animal bedding.
