Spray paint and probably two are more boxes of 12 pack and One gallon of paint includes premier, All this hazardous waste will be stored on file cabinets as require by OSHA Standards and they will throw them away in dispose in manner way. We store four 55 gallon barrel two are for oil and two hydraulic approximate with their caps and also we put plastic containers on the bottom to secure any spills. Also we stored empty barrel for any used oil we are very precautious when dealing with waste and chemical we know that it could harm our lives. We usually never throw any used oil in dumpster or spill in the ground we usually take it to Sam Hill Oil Industry in Brighton. We have a 2 yard dumpster for regular trash and the people who would maintain are Gator Rubbish Removal P.O.Box 39 Henderson Co. 80640 Phone # 303-655-0710. Gator is working for us in the last two years they will pick up the trash on a week. We know their guidelines I understand the guidelines on Sec. 23-2-250.F That the property shall be maintained in such a manner that grass and weeds are not permitted to grow taller than twelve inches tall. Therefore, pursuant to the State Engineer's March 4, 2005 memorandum to county planning directors, this office will only perform a cursory review of the referral information and provide comments. The comments do not address the adequacy of the water supply plan for this project or the ability of the water supply plan to satisfy any County regulations or requirements. In addition, the comments provided herein cannot be used to guarantee a viable water supply plan or infrastructure,the issuance of a well permit, or physical availability of water. r According to the submitted information the site will be served by a proposed well 64214-F. The well is currently permitted for commercial uses for oil field company, 5000 square foot garage and domestic uses. In addition the well is limited to a maximum pumping rate of 15 GPM and an annual withdrawal of 4 acre-feet. Therefore, the well can be used for the commercial operation as long as the well is operated in accordance with the conditions of the well permit.
