RE: ACTION OF THE BOARD CONCERNING APPROVING PERMIT APPLICATION AND
REPORT OF CHANGES FOR A CHANGE OF MANAGER AND AUTHORIZE CHAIR TO
SIGN -A AND G CONCEPTS, INC., DBA BEARS SPORTS SALOON
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS,the Board has been presented with an Application and Report of Changes from
A and G Concepts, Inc., dba Bears Sports Saloon, and
WHEREAS, a hearing before the Board was held on the 8th day of January,2007, at which
time the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter one week to allow time to obtain a
record of the disposition filed three (3) years ago for a domestic disturbance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the abovementioned matter be, and hereby is, continued to
January 15, 2007, at 9:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 8th day of January, A.D., 2007.
