Weld County Code Section 5-4-80 titled, Expenditures Not Requiring a Procurement Process - Item #1 in this section identifies: "Notices. Notices placed in newspapers or other publications for any County business" are exempt and may be purchased directly from those sources. The Greeley Tribune has office operations conducted at 2400 W. 16th Street, Suite C, Greeley, Colorado 80634, which meets the location requirements of C.R.S. §27-4-101(4) and has quoted the rates for calendar year 2026 as reflected on the attached publication type price sheet.
