Approve Designation of Brokers and Dealers for Handling Investment Transactions
of Weld County Funds
Whereas, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
Whereas, pursuant to C.R.S. §24-75-601.1 (2.3), the Weld County Treasurer has
requested authorization for the brokers and dealers who will be investing Weld County
funds, in accordance with the statutory requirements set forth in C.R.S. §24-75-601.1 (1),
and
Whereas, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, deems it in the
best interest of Weld County to hereby designate the brokers and dealers for investment
of Weld County funds, as identified in Exhibit"A," attached hereto and incorporated herein
by reference.
Now, therefore, be it resolved by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, that pursuant to C.R.S. §24-75-601.1 (2.3), the brokers and dealers listed in
Exhibit "A," attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, be, and hereby are,
designated to handle the investment transactions for the funds of Weld County, invested
in accordance with the statutory requirements set forth in C.R.S. §24-75-601.1 (1), as
instructed by the Weld County Treasurer.
The Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, approved the above
and foregoing Resolution, on motion duly made and seconded, by the following vote on
the 24th day of December, A.D., 2025:

execution, security pricing and informational data flow used for market analysis. In addition,
Chandler monitors the financial press for ongoing information concerning the broker dealers'
financial strength, industry reputation,and business practices. All broker dealers are
registered with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority(FINRA)and they all meet their
minimum regulatory requirements for capitalization.
