RE: RESCIND RESOLUTION DATED APRIL 22, 1981 CONCERNING
APPOINTMENTS TO THE LIBRARY BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County
Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering
the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, on April 22, 1981, the Board of County Commissioners
adopted a resolution concerning appointments to the Library
Board, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has been
informed that the vacancies existed on the Library Board and
High Plains Library Board, thereby the resolution was in error.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the Resolution
pertaining to the Library Board appointments dated April 22,
1981, be and hereby, is rescinded.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly
made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the
1st day of June, A.D. , 1981.
