Applicant: Rocky Mountain Midstream, LLC
One Williams Center

Rocky Mountain Midstream, LLC has applied for an Operating Permit for the Ft. Lupton Compressor
Station in Weld County, CO. The Rocky Mountain Midstream, LLC Ft. Lupton Compressor Station at
this site is a midstream compressor station consisting of inlet separation, dehydration, and natural
gas fired engines driving compressors. The supporting or auxiliary equipment consists of piping, pig
traps, a fuel gas system, emergency flare, maintenance oils and liquid storage, and various filters

pipeline to the downstream gas plant. A copy of the application, including supplemental
