RE: RESCINDING THE DATE OF APRIL 29, 1982 AS LOYALTY DAY AND PRO-
CLAIMING APRIL 30, 1982 AS LOYALTY DAY
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, on April 8, 1982, the Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County, Colorado did, by Proclamation, declare April 29,
1982, as Loyalty Day, as requested by Mr. Beard of the Greeley
V.F.W. Post, and
WHEREAS, Mr. Beard is now requesting that the Board rescind
the date of April 29, 1982, as Loyalty Day, -and
WHEREAS, Mr. Beard further requests the Board now Proclaim
April 30, 1982, as Loyalty Day.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the date of April 29,
1982, as Loyalty Day be, and hereby is, rescinded.
BE IT FURTHER .RESOLVED by the Board that April 30, 1982,
be, and hereby is, Proclaimed as Loyalty Day.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, -adopted by the following vote on the 19th day of
April, A.D. , 1982.
