RE: APPOINTMENT OF DALE PETERS AND REAPPOINTMENT OF THOMAS G.
BAUR AND BARBARA STEFFENS TO THE WELD COUNTY HEALTH BOARD
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS , three vacancies currently exist on the Weld County
Health Board, and
WHEREAS , the Board desires to appoint Dale Peters (At-Large)
for a term to expire May 23 , 1987 , and
WHEREAS, the Board desires to reappoint Thomas G. Baur
(Advisory Board Area 5) and Barbara Steffens (Advisory Board
Area 2) for terms to expire May 23, 1987 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado, that Dale Peters be, and
hereby is , appointed to the Weld County Health Board for a term
to expire May 23 , 1987 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that Thomas G. Baur and
Barbara Steffens be , and hereby are, reappointed to the Weld
County Health Board for terms to expire May 23 , 1987 .
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 15th day of
May, A.D. , 1984 .
