Dramatic increase is noted in the number of persons
returned from out-of-state for prosecution. Because
of use of leased aircraft and our own pilots as well
as more cooperative transports , the cost per person
returned has been reduced by 34%.

The rate of increase for calls for service has
remained approximately the same for last few years.
The rate of reported UCR Part I crime shows a
substantial increase over the 1979 rate. No data
exists for comparison in three areas with 1979.
