The physical location of the existing commercial operation does limit the placement of the proposed shed to the rear portion (east) of the property. This determination is based, in part, upon the following: - The variance requested is the minimum variance possible for making reasonable use • of the property. - The granting of the variance will be in harmony with the purpose and intent of this ordinance, and will not be injurious to the public health, safety or welfare of the surrounding land uses; - The Board of Adjustment has not received any objections to this request.
