Be it therefore resolved by the T.'eld County Board of
Adjustment that the appeal of Dale L. Majors
-or a variance or appeal described as :

in the Commercial Zone District
on the following described property :
North one-hundred X100) feet, the south two-hundred (200) feet, Lot 4,
NWT SW's, Section 9,_ T5N,_R65W of the 6th P.M.,__Weld County, Colorado.__
be granted (X3acax ) for the following reasons :
It is the Board of Adjustment's opinion that this requested relief is not detrimental to the
public good or contrary to the purpose and intent of the Weld County Zoning Ordinance and
the zoning district involved. The physical location of the existing commercial operation
does limit the placement of the proposed shed to the rear portion (east) of the property.
This determination is based, in part, upon the following:
- The variance requested is the minimum variance possible for making reasonable use
• of the property.
- The granting of the variance will be in harmony with the purpose and intent of this
ordinance, and will not be injurious to the public health, safety or welfare of the
surrounding land uses;
- The Board of Adjustment has not received any objections to this request.

Be it resolved by the Weld County Board of Adjustment that
the appeal of Arthur D. Boyd
for a variance or appeal described as:
Nineteen (19) feet from the setback requirement of twenty (20) feet from
the end of the future right-of-way.
on the following described property:
The SE%. Section 5. T1N, R65W of the 6th P.M. . Weld County, Cnlnradn
be granted O for the following reasons:
-It is the Board of Adjustment's opinion that this requested relief is not detrimental to
the public good or contrary to the purpose and intent of the Weld County Zoning Ordinance
and the agricultural zone district. The physical location of the corral and pasture makes
the placement of the pole-barn a reasonable location.
This determination is based, in part, upon the following:

ordinance, and will not be injurious to the public health, safety or welfare of the
surrounding land uses;
The Board of Adjustment has not received any objections to this request.
- The State Highway Department does not object to the variance request due to the nature
