� RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME REQUEST OF CLYDE WELCH, JR. FOR A PRINCI-
PAL DWELLING IN AN AGRICULTURAL ZONE DISTRICT.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Clyde Welch, Jr. has applied to the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado for a permit to place a
mobile home on the following described real estate, as a princi-
pal dwelling, and which is to be occupied in an A-Agricultural
Zone District, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, on the 24th day of September, 1980, considered the
request of Clyde Welch, Jr. for a mobile home as a principal
dwelling on a parcel of land more particularly described as
follows:
Lot A - Recorded Exemption 66 located in
Part of the Northwest Quarter of Section
3, Township 2 North, Range 67 West of the
6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard
said applicant, finds that said request should be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of Clyde
Welch, Jr. for permission to place a mobile home as a principal
dwelling on the above described parcel of land be, and hereby is,
granted.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 24th day of
September, A.D. , 1980.
