I hereby certify that pursuant to a Notice dated December 5, 2025, and duly published
[Date], 2025, in the Greeley Tribune, a public hearing was conducted to consider the
request of Steven and Amy Brehon, for a Petition for Vacation of Right-of-Way for
[Description]. Karin McDougal, County Attorney, made this a matter of record.
[Name], Department of Public Works, presented a brief summary of the petitioner's
request. Ms./Mr. Brehon entered the favorable recommendation of the department into
the record and displayed images of the right-of-way and surrounding views.
