RE: APPROVAL OF ASSIGNMENT OF CASH RENTAL LEASE CONCERNING RENTAL
OF A PORTION OF THE KOENIG FARM FROM HAROLD BOHN AND GENE
WAGNER TO GENE WAGNER AND AUTHORIZATION FOR CHAIRMAN TO SIGN
SAME
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, on the 16th day of March, 1983 , the Board entered
into a cash rental lease between Weld County and Harold Bohn and
Gene Wagner covering a portion of the Koenig Farm, and
WHEREAS, the Board has now been presented with an Assignment
of that lease from Gene Wagner and Harold Bohn to Gene Wagner and
WHEREAS, the other terms and conditions remain as stated in
the cash rental lease, and
WHEREAS , after review, the Board deems it advisable to
approve said assignment of lease, a copy being attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the assignment of
said cash rental lease from Gene Wagner and Harold Bohn to Gene
Wagner be, and hereby is, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chairman be, and
hereby is, authorized to sign said Assignment.

The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 19th day of
December, A.D. , 1984 .

ACCEPTANCE OF THE ASSIGNMENT OF LEASE
I, Gene Wagner, hereby accept the assignment of any and all interests
and obligations of Harold Bohn in the CASH RENTAL LEASE dated March 16, 1983
(attached hereto) by and between WELD COUNTY, and Harold Bohn and myself.
