Subject: Landscape, fencing and site requirements for USR1623
Dear Mr. Simmons:
Thank you for meeting me yesterday to review the site issues outstanding on the USR. We
discussed the opaque privacy fence and trash dumpster screening. As I noted on the plan in our
file and signed by you we agreed to the following:
1. The fence shall be a solid, 6 foot high, 4"or 6" wide cedar plank beginning at
the corner fence post located north of the driveway and shall extend no less
than 75 feet to the south and will be located west of the Austrian Pine trees.
The planks may be raised 12" to 18" above the ground to permit irrigation
pipes or tubing below.
2. The dumpster may be relocated near the residence and does not require
screening as it is considered a residential dumpster and not part of the
commercial use. If kept within the USR designated area it will require
screening.
Please proceed with the changes to the Plat and submit a paper review copy for approval before
making a recording mylar.
Thank you again for your time and if you have further questions please call me.
