RE: APPOINTMENT OF RICHARD FENNELLY, GILMAN OLSON AND JOHN ZADEL
TO UTILITY COORDINATING BOARD.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, three vacancies now exist on the Utility Coordinating
Board, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners deems it advisable
to appoint the following persons to serve on said Board for terms
to expire December 31, 1982 :
Richard Fennelly - Alternate, Gene Rempel
Gilman Olson - Alternate, Wayne Smyth
John Zadel - Alternate, Calvin Johnson
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commis-
sioners of Weld County, Colorado that Richard Fennelly, Gilman
Olson and John Zadel be, and hereby are, appointed to the Utility
Coordinating Board for terms to expire on December 113i, 1982 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that Gene Rempel shall be
the alternate for Richard Fennelly, Wayne Smyth the alternate for
Gilman Olson and Calvin Johnson the alternate for John Zadel.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 7th day of
January, A.D. , 1980 .

Utilities Coordinating Board: William Kisler of PSC does not wish
to be considered for reappointment and has recommended .B.i hard
Fennelly of Home Light and Power Company for appointment. Mr.
Fennelly is willing to serve on the board; if appointed, he has
recommended that Mr. qenq__B ggl be appointed as his alternate ,
to replace Mr. Kisler' s alternate of Mr. James Graham.
It is recommended that Gilman Olson be appointed a regular member
and Wayne Svth an alternate member representing the Engineering
Department.
Mr. Lyle Nelson, who has represented water districts has suggested
that another representative be appointed in that capacity.
