WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Board of County Commissioners to transfer said property to the City of Fort Lupton, Colorado, and WHEREAS, a Quit Claim Deed to the City of Fort Lupton has been prepared effecting said transfer. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commis- sioners of Weld County, Colorado that the Chairman of the Board be, and hereby is, authorized to sign the Quit Claim Deed transferring the above described property to the City of Fort Lupton, Colorado.
