RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS TO JUVENILE COMMUNITY REVIEW BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Juvenile Community Review Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Jason Bergevin be appointed to said board as
the regular law enforcement representative, to replace Michael Rourke, with a term to expire
November 1, 2009, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Robert Miller be appointed to said board as the
alternate law enforcement representative, to replace Rick Wetmore, with a term to expire
November 1, 2009, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Jason Bergevin and Robert Miller to
said board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Jason Bergevin and Robert Miller, be, and hereby are, appointed to the
Juvenile Community Review Board, with terms to expire November 1, 2009.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 23rd day of January, A.D., 2008.
