According to the referral information a well will be used to provide water for domestic and irrigation uses at the site. The referral information did not clarify the permit no. for the well or provide a detailed description of the proposed uses of the well. Without this information our office cannot properly evaluate the referral to determine if the well is properly permitted to serve the proposed uses. Therefore, prior to providing comments the applicant must specify the well permit no. for all wells on the property and provide a detailed description of the proposed uses of those wells. Should you have any questions in this matter, please contact Joanna Williams of this office. Sincerely, Kevin G. Rein, P.E.
