RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING CANCELLATION AND RELEASE OF COLLATERAL
FOR SITE PLAN REVIEW, SPR #397 - ZEEK PARTNERSHIP, LLLP
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS,the Board has been presented with a request for the Cancellation and Release
of Collateral for Site Plan Review, SPR#397 for Zeek Partnership, LLLP, and
WHEREAS,a hearing before the Board was held on the 13th day of August, 2008,at which
time the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter to September 3, 2008, to allow the
applicant adequate time to complete the outstanding improvements at the site, and
WHEREAS,at said hearing on the 3rd of September, the Board deems it advisable to grant
the applicant's request to continue the matter to September 17, 2008, in order to complete the
remaining outstanding improvements at the site.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the abovementioned matter be, and hereby is, continued to September 17,
2008, at 9:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 3rd day of September, A.D., 2008.
