Michelle,
Just finishing up the file for this case from May 14, and at the hearing, the Board voted to amend Development
Standard #32, but did not specify exact language. Please confirm the following language will be appropriate, or
indicate any necessary changes:
32. Hours of operation shall be daylight hours. Hours of operation may be extended with specific permission
from the Weld County Board of County Commissioners. This restriction shall not apply to operation of
administrative and executive offices or repair and maintenance facilities located on the property.
