• (USR) Questionaire
1.The use of this property is for our home and business which has a large storage
building that we put everything in.
2.The proposal is consistent with weld county code chapter 22 by section 22-2-80.A.2 A.
policy 1.2 Weld county code attempts to insure preservation of Ag Land.All trucks
are parked in storage building.Very clean site.
3.Chapter 23 allows for home business in the Ag zone thru the USR
4.The proposed business is consistent with the area for many reasons: There is alot of
farming trucks,tractors,oil field trucks going all the time. Business that surround the
site are A&W Water Service with several trucks on WCR 50, H&S Electric on
WCR 43, Franklin manure hauling with trucks and equipment WCR 43, R&T Concrete
WCR 43, Some kind of salvage yard of truck parts WCR 43.

a. Family plus 1 employee will use the site.
b. Family plus 1 employee will be employed.
c. Hours of operation are from 8a.m.to 5p.m.

e.There are 2 donkeys, 2 horses
• f. There are 4 dump trucks tare weight is 24,380 lb each.
g.Lasalle Fire Department.will provide protection.

i. Sewage disposal is the existing septic.
j. In the storage building there are all 4 trucks 1 motohome and misc.
6. The landscaping Is lots of native grass,gravel,trees.Very clean site.
7. Upon termination of USR parcel will revert to original use.
8. Gutters are on building ,trenches take water away from area into native grass.
9. Construction of home and storage building are complete. Always improving
landscape by adding trees.
10. 1 trash bin located in front of storage building.
