RE: ACTION OF THE BOARD CONCERNING REVISIONS TO FEE SCHEDULES FOR
FEES COLLECTED BY THE WELD COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH
AND ENVIRONMENT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with revisions to the fee schedules for fees
collected by the Weld County Department of Public Health and Environment, and
WHEREAS, after study and review, the Board deems it advisable to continue the matter to
December 10, 2008, in order to allow adequate time to conduct an additional work session.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the matter concerning the revised fee schedules for fees collected by the
Weld County Department of Public Health and Environment, be, and hereby is, continued to
December 10, 2008, at 9:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 17th day of November, A.D., 2008.
