RE: AMENDMENT TO RESOLUTION APPROVING REVISION AND REESTABLISHMENT
OF GENERAL ELECTION PRECINCT BOUNDARIES FOR STATE SENATORIAL
DISTRICTS, STATE REPRESENTATIVE DISTRICTS, WELD COUNTY
COMMISSIONER DISTRICTS AND RENUMBERING OF ALL ELECTION PRECINCT
BOUNDARIES IN WELD COUNTY, COLORADO
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs
of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS , on the 24th day of March, 1982 , the Board of
County Commissioners did approve the revision and reestablishment of
General Election Precinct Boundaries for State Senatorial Districts,
State Representative Districts, Weld County Commissioner Districts
and renumbered all election precincts consisting of seventeen pages,
attached heretq incorporated herein by reference, and
WHEREAS , the Board, in order that Weld County comply with_
the law in every respect, determined it to be in the best interests
of Weld County to amend the resolution, dated March 24th, 1982 , to
include said legal descriptions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the legal descriptions,
attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, be, and
hereby are, approved.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and- seconded, adopted by- the fallowing vote on the 4-th day of May,
