Dear Mr. Pickerel:
The Department of Planning Services reviewed your request to co-locate on an existing tower
permitted under USR-568. It is the Department of Planning Services understanding that the
tower will not increase in height and no additional equipment shelters will be constructed. This
office has determined that this proposal is a not a substantial change to the existing permit.
Given this determination, a building permit will need to be obtained for any electrical work.

SUBJECT: LETTER OF INTENT TO CO-LOCATE ANTENNAS ON EXISTING TOWERS
Dear Ms. Hatch,
This letter is to inform you that Noble Energy plans on co-locating well communication
antennas on two existing American Tower communication towers located in un-
incorporated Weld County.
The tower locations areas follows:
American Tower 302399
Latitude 40-21-16.5 N 40.35460 U >'
Longitude 104-35-33.7 W -104.5927
Approximate location: WCR 49 and WCR 52 east of 49
American Tower 82103
Latitude 40-23-30.0 N 40.39166 itb
Longitude 104-53-18.9 W -104.88861
Approximate location: WCR 17 and WCR 56 East of 17
Noble is contracting for tower space rental and will not be extending the height of the
current tower. Noble will also be installing out equipment in the current American Tower
radio shack and not installing a new structure. Noble will be installing new electrical
service to power our radio equipment.
