PARTIAL RELEASE OF PERMIT FOR PLOWING GRASSLAND
WHEREAS, Paul Hnizdel was granted a Permit for Plowing Grass-
land, #83-6 , dated the 30th day of March, 1983 , and duly recorded
in the office of the County Clerk and Recorder of the County of
Weld, in the State of Colorado, on the 5th day of April , 1983 , in
Book 992, Reception Number 1922589 ,
AND WHEREAS, it has been discovered that said Paul Hnizdel
does not own all of the property described in said Permit,
NOW, THEREFORE, the Permit for Plowing Grassland described
above is hereby canceled and released insofar as it applied to
the following described land:
All of Section 19 , Township 8 North, Range 59
West EXCEPT : that part of the Southwest Quar-
ter and of the West Half Southeast Quarter of
Section 19 lying south of the right-of-way of
the C. B. and Q.R.R.

Dear Mr. Hnizdel:
Be advised that this office represents the Weld County Board of
County Commissioners. It has come to our attention recently that
you have been issued a permit for plowing grassland. We have also
received information that although you were issued a permit for
Sections 19 and 30 in Township 8 North, Range 59 West, you are not
the owner of the entire property within that description. It will ,
therefore, be necessary for you to come into the office of the
Clerk to the Board of County Commissioners to complete the necessary
paperwork to make the modification of the legal description to be
in Recording.

In the meantime until that correction is made, you should not
plow any of the land described in Permit No. 83-6 . If you have
any questions, please contact this office .
