HomeMy WebLinkAbout820438.tiff NOTE: MH # corrected 536 by action of the Boa. on February 3, 1982 RESOLUTION 2-_ 5' RE : GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 526 - ROBERT AND ALMEDA MUMBY WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners on the 20th day of January, 1982 , considered the request of Robert and Almeda Mumby for a mobile home as a principal dwelling on a parcel of land which is to be occupied in an A-Agricultural Zone District, more particularly described as follows : Part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 36 , Township 2 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado. WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners, having heard the testimony, finds that said request should be granted. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners that the request of Robert and Almeda Mumby for permission to place a mobile home as a principal dwelling on the above described parcel of land be, and hereby is, granted. The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 20th day of January, A.D. , 1982.
