RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 770 - WILLIAM AND SYLVIA MOORE
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado on the 17th day of August, 1983, considered the request
of William and Sylvia Moore to place a mobile home to be used as
a principal dwelling, and to be occupied in an A-Agricultural
Zone District, on a parcel of land more particularly described
as follows :
The NEa, Section 7, T4N, R63W of the 6th P.M. ,
Weld County, Colorado
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard
the testimony, finds that said request should be granted sub-
ject to the applicant applying for and receiving a building
permit for the mobile home within thirty (30) days from the date
of approval by the Board of County Commissioners .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of William
and Sylvia Moore to place a mobile home to be used as a principal
dwelling on the above described parcel of land, which was found
to be in compliance with the Weld County Zoning Ordinance, Section
43, be, and hereby is, granted subject to the condition as above
listed.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 17th day of
August, A.D. , 1983.

COMMENTS:
The subject site is a combination of rangeland and previous dryland farming. The site
slopes to the west and is located on the edge of prime irrigated farmland. The Latham
Ditch crosses the northwest corner of the property, but no apparent water rights from
that ditch are associated with the land.
Access to the mobile home site (the northeast corner of the 160 acre tract) will be
from Weld County Road 46 and the right-of-way for Weld County Road 63. Weld County Road
46 may pose problems during wet weather as it has three boggy spots between Weld County
Road 61 and the right-of-way for Weld County Road 63. The route of Weld County Road
63 is currently defined by tire marks over the rangeland.
