The owners of the property described above have requested an exemption from
Section 2-1 of the Weld County Subdivision Regulations adopted August 30, 1972.
The Department of Planning Services staff has reviewed this request and
recommends that the request be approved for the followings reasons:

The Department of Planning Services staff has not received any objections
to this proposal.

West, I have a 9.04 acre parcel and an 8.96 acre parcel, both
of which are County—approved building sites. The separate
parcels make two building sites. I will sell Lot #1. I will
build my personal residence on the remaining building site.
Lot #2 is being created for financing reasons only and will
not create an additional building site.
