Subject: Reminder of anticipated 2009 contribution
Dear Member of the Rocky Mountain Rail Authority,
As chairman of the Board of Directors I would like to thank you for your participation in
the Authority's activities and financial support during the last two years.
We have accomplished many things and your contributions have been invaluable.
I would like to provide a gentle reminder that the Authority's mission has not been
completed yet and there is approximately 9 more months of work until completion of the
high speed rail feasibility study. At this point in time, our reserves are in good shape but
if a few of the members do not contribute in 2009, we will be in trouble.
The draft 2009 budget has been prepared and I, and all members of the Authority, are
hoping that you can contribute- for the 2009 fiscal year.
Thank you in advance for all of your hard work and cooperation in making the Authority
a success and helping it to accomplish its mission.
