Mr. Faulkner submitted his letter of complaint on Wednesday, Feb-
ruary 23, 1983. Mr. Faulkner was informed that this item would

then refer this matter to Mr. Stan Boyes, Extension Services, for
his inspection and recommendation and the Board will act upon Mr.
Boyes' recommendation at that time.

In today' s Board meeting a dust blowing complaint was heard from
Mr. Robert Faulkner. This item was referred to your office for
your inspection of the subject property. Once you have completed
your inspection, please return your written recommendation to Clerk
to the Board' s Office. After this office has received your written
recommendation, we will place this item back on the agenda for
Board action.
