RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 902 - HOWARD E . CRONANDER
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter , is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, on the 25th day of July, 1984 , considered the request
of Howard E. Cronander for a mobile home to be used as an acces-
sory structure , and
WHEREAS , said mobile home is to be located in an A-Agri-
cultural Zone District on a parcel of land more particularly
described as follows:
Section 9 , Township 6 North, Range 64 West of
the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners, having heard
the testimony, finds that said request should be granted sub-
ject to the following conditions: 1) the applicant shall apply
for a building permit for the mobile home within thirty days
from the date of approval by the Board of County Commissioners;
2) if the original mobile home permit for an accessory is found
to be non-conforming, this permit shall be terminated; and 3)
this permit shall terminate if the applicant moves from the sub-
ject parcel or sells or transfers possessory interest in the
mobile home.
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the request of Howard
E. Cronander for permission to place a mobile home to be used
as an accessory structure on the above described parcel of land,
which was found to be in compliance with Section 43 of the Weld
County Zoning Ordinance, be, and hereby is, granted subject to
the hereinabove listed conditions.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 25th day of

The Department of Planning Services staff has reviewed this request and
recommends that the request be approved for the reasons:

X Be in harmony with the character of the neighborhood
X Adversely affect the immediate area
X Adversely affect the general health, safety and
welfare of the inhabitants of the area and the County
COMMENTS: The Department of Planning Services has not received any objections
to this request.
The Department of Planning Services staff recommendation for approval is
conditional upon:
1. The applicant applying for a building permit for the mobile home within
thirty (30) days from the date of approval by the Board of County
Commissioners.

COMMENTS:
Access to the subject site is from WCR 55 a dirt road. There are two mobile homes on
the site both in the southeast quarter of Section 9. Other improvements in Section 9
consist of corrals to the east of the mobile homes, radio tower to the north, a gas
processing plant (SUP 287) in the northwest corner of the section and a reservoir in the
south 1 of the section. The reservoir is to the southwest of the mobile homes. The
remainder of the section is in crop production and pasture.
