Dear Matthew and Kristina Green:
The Department of Planning Services is reviewing past land use cases that have been approved by the
Board of County Commissioners for accuracy in the delineation of the permit boundary as'it applies to
each case.
•
Your property, described as Lot A of RE-3524 was created through a recorded exemption process which
divided a single piece of property into two new parcels. The property to the west of this parcel was part of
.the original parcel, and presently there is a Kennel operating from this site. At issue, is the delineation of
the permit boundary; the parcels identified as Lot A(Green) and Lot B (Fosher, now Kruidenier) of RE-
3524 are encumbered by this permit. In April 2004 Fosher amended the boundary of the Kennel permit to
include only Lot B of the RE-3524. Unfortunately the plat for 2nd AmUSR-685 was recorded after the RE
Plat, hence our error.
Given this circumstance, Planning Services seeks to amend their error and acknowledge the accurate
location of the Kennel permit to include Lot B of RE-3524 only. To facilitate this request, Planning
Services requests that a letter be submitted to this office making your intentions known and requesting
that Lot A of RE-3524 not be included in the Kennel permit boundary.
