MOODY WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS , it has been determined by the Board of County Commissioners at a public meeting held on the 23rd day of December, 1981, in the Chambers of the Board, that the division into two parcels of land, as shown on the plat known as Recorded Exemption No. 525 , being the property of J. NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners that the hereinabove described parcel of land owned by J. Moody be, and hereby is , exempt from the definition of the terms "subdivision" and "subdivided land" . This property is located west of County Road 5 and north of County Road 32 , approximately 1 mile southwest of the Town of Mead .
