To the best of my knowledge, there has not been a bid for fencing and landscaping as requested in your email to Lauren Light of Tetra Tech dated November 19, 2007. However, our estimate was calculated from the following method. From our design plans, we estimate there will be 4958 linear feet(LF) of 72" high chain link fence. This item correlates with the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) bid item 607-53172. For purposes of estimating, we used the CDOT average bid price published by the in the 2007 Cost Data publication dated August 13,2006, of$16.20 per LF. That gives this item a cost of$80,319.60.
