Dear Ms. Abbey,
I am in receipt of your letter dated June 17,2008. Per our phone conversation referencing
the mining of the Sheep Draw site for sand and gravel and my concern with the prairie
dogs. I have in the past two years been diligently working on the problem I have with
these animals. Because of this problem I became a certified applicator and have made
• three separate application. I have contacted the County and the information I have,they
have made one application. The main problem that I am concerned with is that when
the mining starts, that it will scare*these animals to continue to move onto my property.
My question is what will the County do to insure that these pests not move on to my ,
property and continue to by land.
