RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENTS TO PLANNING COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Planning Commission, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Erich Ehrlich, Roy Spitzer, and Mark Lawley
be reappointed to said board as the District 1, District 5, and at-large representatives, respectively,
and
WHEREAS,the Board deems it advisable to reappoint Erich Ehrlich, Roy Spitzer,and Mark
Lawley to said board, all with terms to expire July 31, 2011, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Erich Ehrlich, Roy Spitzer, and Mark Lawley, be, and hereby are,
reappointed to the Planning Commission, with terms to expire July 31, 2011.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 23rd day of July, A.D., 2008.
