The final land use of the site will be developed water storage. The site will be mined intermittently on an as-needed basis with a proposed date of completion of 2025. The proposed mining operation is located west of the Town of Greeley in Weld County, Colorado in Section 33, Township 6 North, Range 66 West, Sixth P.M.
