The Board of -Trustees of th2 Town of Frcderick has
reouested that I write a letter of support for
Milliken's fight in opposition to the wastewater
disposal operation planned by the E-VAP Corporation.
We feel very strongly that the proposed location of
the disposal plant should not have been approved by
the Weld County Board of Commissioners in light of
the opposition voiced by the residents of the Town of
Milliken. The Mayor and the Board of Trustees of the
Town of Frederick have donated $100 to aid Milliken
in their fight against the injustice perpetuated by
the Weld County Commissioners in allowing the E-VAP
Corporation to proceed with their wastewater disposal
operation.
