Home My WebLink About840038.tiff RESOLUTION RE: APPROVE CONTINUANCE OF HEARING FOR CHANGE OF ZONE, A (AGRI- CULTURAL) TO C-4 (COMMERCIAL FOUR) - VERN JOHNSON WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS , a Change of Zone hearing was scheduled for Vern Johnson on January 25 , 1984 , at 2 : 00 p.m. , as stated in the Notice dated December 21 , 1983 , and published in the La Salle Leader on December 22 , 1983 , and January 12 , 1984 , a copy of said Notice being attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and WHEREAS , because only three Commissioners were present at the hearing of January 25 , 1984 , the applicant chose to continue this matter to a date when all five Commissioners will be able to be present, and WHEREAS , the Board deems it appropriate to continue said Change of Zone hearing, requested by Vern Johnson, to February 1 , 1984 , at 2 : 00 p.m. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com- missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the Change of Zone hearing, requested by Vern Johnson, be, and hereby is , continued to February 1 , 1984 , at 2 : 00 p.m. The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 25th day of January, A.D. , 1984 .
