Noble Energy Inc. has successfully drilled and completed the above referenced property as a producing gas
well. First sales occurred August 7, 2007. According to our records, the interest shown above represents your
total share of production. Noble will tender payment to you based upon the stated interest UNLESS you
notify Noble, in writing,that said interest is incorre^'or that you are not the owner of said interest.
As the owner of the above interest, you shall have the sole liability to notify Noble, in writing, of any address
changes and/or changes in ownership. Until such written notification is received by Noble, payments will
continue as previously described.
For your information, Noble makes revenue disbursements on a monthly basis. Please be advised, however,
that payments are made upon accrual of twenty five dollars($25.00) for all of the properties paid to you by our
company or annually, on amounts less than twenty five dollars($25.00).
You are currently being paid the same interest on other wells within this same spacing, therefore, please be
advised that Noble does not require a signed Division Order as a prerequisite for payment. This Payment
Letter is intended to replace the traditional division order form and should be retained for your records.

Dear Interest Owner:
Please be advised that this Interest Letter is sent to you as notification that Noble Energy,
as operator of the well listed on the Interest Letter, has performed a re-completion to an
additional producing geologic formation. The enclosed Interest Letter reflects your
decimal interest in the well/formation named on the Interest Letter.
No action from you is necessary at this time. This is only a notification of the re-
completion.
The formations are coded at the end of the well name in parenthesis as follows:
CDL: Codell formation
NIO: Niobrara formation
CN: Codell and Niobrara combined
J: J Sand
SX: Sussex

Dear Ms. Carpenter:
This letter is written regarding the letter you sent dated July 25,
2008, regarding the completion of the drilling of the above-described
well. (Copy enclosed)
We are not disputing Weld County's interest in the property or in the
royalty interest you have calculated. However, as the County is
attempting to create more complete and detailed records, we have been
requesting that the producers provide us with a basis for the
calculation of the decimal interest.
Therefore, we are asking that you provide us with information regarding
Noble Energy's method of calculating the County's decimal interest.
Your assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated.
