The Department of Planning Services staff is requesting that the Board review the individual cases and determine whether or not to authorize legal action to remedy the violations. Continued Weld County Zoning Violation Cases: ZCV07-01072 Kirk & Bobbie Ferguson ((Bethany Salzman)) Chapter 23, Article 111(3), Division 1 of Sections 23-3-20, 23-3-30, 23-3-40 and 23-3-40.R of the Weld County Code. The Commercial storage and operations shall be permitted through Weld County or the annexation process shall be completed into Johnstown. Weld County Zoning Violation Cases: ZCV07-01184 Eric Houseman ((Bethany Salzman)) Chapter 23, Article 111(3), Division 1 of Sections 23-3-20, 23-3-30, 23-3-40 and 23-3-40.R of the Weld County Code. The Commercial Vehicles and commercial storage shall be appropriately permitted or completely removed from the property. The pending Site Plan Review(SPR-402)shall be completed and a plat recorded. The Noncommercial Junkyard shall be removed, restored or completely screened from all adjacent properties and rights-of-ways. The Commercial Vehicle shall be permitted through the Zoning Permit for a Commercial Vehicle (ZPCV) process or removed from the property. ZCV08-00052 Bernardo Guerrero ((Bethany Salzman)) Chapter 23, Article 111(3), Division 1 of Sections 23-3-20, 23-3-30, 23-3-30.M, 23-3-40 and 23-3-40.R of the Weld County Code. The second Commercial Vehicle shall be removed from the property or a Use by Special Review permit shall be completed and submitted to the Department of Planning Services.
