This bid is to rebuild/repair the Missile Site Park outhouse,pump houses,picnic area,North garage
and South garage,which were destroyed by a tornado. Buildings and Grounds recommends the low
bid from CHOICE BUILDERS be awarded. And the second bid from GROWLING BEAR be
rejected.

** - Our inspection of the picnic area we would suggest replacing the roof structures of the existing shelters as
