DATE: June 16, 2008 111 DC FROM: Wayne Howard, P.E., County Engineer COLORADO SUBJECT: June 18, 2008 Agenda Item The 2008-2009 Bridge Rehabilitation contract included repairs to an estimated 500 s.f. of total deck for Bridge 60.5/49k This bridge was recently accepted from CDOT through the road swap in where Weld County exchanged WCR 392 for various small stretches of CDOT highways. Upon removing the asphalt surface required to expose the area for repair, it was determined that the majority of the deck was deteriorated to the point requiring repair. TLM Constructors from Greeley has submitted their costs to repair the deck which is shown in the attached Change Order No. 1 . The work will begin immediately and is expected to continue through July 25, 2008. obk CO .
