GENTLEMEN:—We, the undersigned„ Citizens of your County, respectfully represent that the necessities of the public require a County wagon road to be laid out as follows,to-wit: kart WHEREAS' Weld County, at our request, has graded and gravelled a new road along the North border of the following described land; W 74/2 NW 1/4, Seo, 30, T 6, R 68W and E 1/2 NE 1/4, Sec 25, T 6, R 67i; And being ;long the South border of land owned by Hrs. Katherine Klaus, .v.Teller, and'Ohas, Sorrels Estate; WHEREAS; This new road replaces an old road running diagonally across the above described land )mown asthe Rawlinson Estate, and serves our respective uses to better advantage; WE, THE UNDERSIGNED, petition the Weld County Commissioners for permission to close the above mentioned old,d or diagonal road, so that it can be used for farmeng purposes. • • • - 3.
