As per our conversation earlier today, I am concerned that
Gary Novotny will not comply to any rules or regulations
that may be applied. When complaints were filled in the
past there was never a follow up that I know of. He is
using more than the 5 acres that he was allotted and no one
has ever done anything about it. I am also concerned about
what he brings in. In the wind and water the debris from the
wrecked trucks fly all over the countryside leaving us to do
the clean up. I understand that you require fences and if so
they need to be checked periodically as well as all the other
restrictions you impose.
