In the space below, please explain why you disagree with the value assigned to the subject property
The reason l was failed at the county hearing is two similar properties that I have provided are in
different subdivisions. which are different from that is requested by the Weld county. After the hearinc
I did research in the same subdivision and I have found several identical or big properties that were
sold around $262100 to S271100 in 2005. Also, the similar properties provided -- see attached page

The reason I was failed at the county level hearing is because two similar properties that I
have provided are in different neighbor subdivisions,which are different from that is
requested by the Weld County. After the hearing. I did research in the same subdivision,
and I have found several identical or big properties that were sold around $262,100 to
$271,100 in 2005. Also, the similar properties provided by the county assessor all have
larger lot size than my property. One property has 2.5 garages, while my property only
has 2 garage. One property is back to golf course, however, my property is very close to
the landfill. This makes me believer my property's value has been significantly
overestimated by the county assessor.
