RESOLUTINe of Colorado, Weld County Clerk & Recorder
RE: AUTHORIZATION FOR CHAIRMAN TO SIGN QUIT CLAIM DEED CONCERNING
CERTAIN STREETS IN GILL, COLORADO
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,

Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the

affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, on October 6, 1980, the Board of County Commissioners

of Weld County, Colorado adopted a resolution concerning the nar-
rowing of certain streets in the Town of Gill, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a Quit Claim Deed from Weld County, Colorado to
the present owners of the abutting property has been prepared,
said property being more particularly described in Exhibit "A"
attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners deems it advisable
to authorize the Chairman to sign said Quit Claim Deed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the Chairman of the
Board be, and hereby is, authorized to sign the Quit Claim Deed
to the present owners of the abutting property concerning the
narrowing of streets in Gill, Colorado.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 24th day of
December, A.D. , 1980.

EXHIBITEXHIBIT "A"
The East ten (10) feet and the West ten (10) feet of Second Street
between its intersection with Third Avenue and Fourth Avenue and
between its intersection with Fourth Avenue and Fifth Avenue and
between its intersection with Fifth Avenue and Sixth Avenue, all
located in the Town of Gill, Colorado.
The East ten (10) feet and the West ten (10) feet of Third Street
between its intersections with Third Avenue and Fourth Avenue and
the East twenty (20) feet and the West twenty (20) feet of Third
Street between its intersections with Fourth Avenue and Fifth
Avenue and the East twenty (20) feet and the West twenty (20) feet
of Third Street between its intersection with Fifth Avenue and
Sixth Avenue, all in the Town of Gill, Colorado.
The East ten (10) feet and the West ten (10) feet of Fourth Street
between its intersections with Third Avenue and Fourth Avenue and
the East ten (10) feet and the West ten (10) feet of Fourth Street
between its intersection with Fourth Avenue and Fifth Avenue, and
the East twenty (20) feet and the West twenty (20) feet of Fourth
Street between its intersection with Fifth Avenue and Sixth Avenue,

16 and 17 accessing onto Fourth Avenue, all in the Town of Gill,
Colorado.
The North twenty (20) feet and the South twenty (20) feet of Fifth
Avenue between its intersection with First Street and Second Street
and between its intersection with Second Street and Third Street
and between its intersection with Third Street and Fourth Street
and between its intersection with Fourth Street and Fifth Street,
leaving however, a twenty (20) foot strip of right-of-way across
