HomeMy WebLinkAbout800064.tiff DEC 2 0 r 923 Recorded at _._.$ Co'clock 4 1980 1845214 RESOLUTINe of Colorado, Weld County Clerk & Recorder RE: AUTHORIZATION FOR CHAIRMAN TO SIGN QUIT CLAIM DEED CONCERNING CERTAIN STREETS IN GILL, COLORADO WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, 0 Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the 0 affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, on October 6, 1980, the Board of County Commissioners r:) of Weld County, Colorado adopted a resolution concerning the nar- rowing of certain streets in the Town of Gill, Colorado, and WHEREAS, a Quit Claim Deed from Weld County, Colorado to the present owners of the abutting property has been prepared, said property being more particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners deems it advisable to authorize the Chairman to sign said Quit Claim Deed. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com- missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the Chairman of the Board be, and hereby is, authorized to sign the Quit Claim Deed to the present owners of the abutting property concerning the narrowing of streets in Gill, Colorado.
